All status (closed, open, confirmed, and in progress) in the search screen should be chosen as the default value for the document status; now, only the open and confirmed values are assigned as the default.

Open item only displaying, If we didn't select any status and clicked search icon

In the progress status bar value is not showing correctly, please check

Same issue on Service Request History also.
