Vehicle number to be first field and searchable, when enter the rest of the field to be populated, if number not available then prompt to create vehicle (yes / no)and pop up vehicle master screen when user select "yes". remove customer type.- 2. -Add "create service request" button- and upon saving service request update the appointment status as Vehicle received (maintain in the process table) -3.Add "cancel" and "reschedule" button to update appointment- -4.Create Service request not working- -5. remove the text box borders of the fields- -6.Customer 6.Customer mobile and email mandatory- mandatory -7.Drop 7.Drop down Vehicle List- List
