Vehicle number to be first field and searchable, when enter the rest of the field to be populated, if number not available then prompt to create vehicle (yes / no)and pop up vehicle master screen when user select "yes". remove customer type.- type. 2. Add "create service request" button and upon saving service request update the appointment status as Vehicle received (maintain in the process table) 3.Add "cancel" and "reschedule" button to update appointment 4.Create Service request not working 5. remove the text box borders of the fields
